Shipping Information: All standard domestic and international shipping is free of charge and done via USPS Priority Mail. All in stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday. Information about the status of delivery of items that are on back order will be emailed to you within 2 business days. A delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once an order is processed and can be tracked at www.usps.com. Expedited order information via Fedex and UPS will be provided in the confirmation email sent at the time the order is placed.

International Buyers – Please Note: The delivery tracking number you receive will confirm when an item has been processed through United States Customs only. You may purchase additional tracking information for a flat rate of $12.00 USD at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Kiki Soleil wants you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. We allow for you to return any item within 30 days. Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, we will refund the full amount of the item purchased promptly.

To return simply send your items along with your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
